1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or 2 late cancellations within 6 months may require a $25 deposit to rebook.

  • We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show.

2. Payments

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital tips.

  • Required deposits will be applied toward your service total. If you do not show up or cancel late, the deposit may be forfeited.

3. Services & Policies

  • All services are subject to availability.

  • Specific technician requests are welcome but not guaranteed.
