Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
I’ll let you in on a secret… It’s really best to make an appointment if you need a specific date or time. We get it though, life gets busy! We do allow walk-ins if you want to chance it! If you want nail designs an appointment IS required since we spend so much time making them picture-perfect!
Do you offer nail art?
Yes! Bring in your dream board or a pic of your favorite influencer’s digits and we will create something BLING-IN!
Do you have to make an appointment for a design?
We like to take our time on designs so we DO require an appointment to make those digits ready for the spotlight!
What makes your manicures, pedicures and salon special?
We are a family and we treat you as such! We offer a variety of creative manicures and pedicures for rejuvenation, relaxation and longevity. Not to mention we are just fun to be around!
What can I do after my nails are done to make them last longer?
Take it easy on your fabulous new nails! Do not pick at them and avoid using your finger nails as tools. Basically treat them like royalty!
Here are a few other nail tips to abide by:
Tip 1: Avoid the following like you would avoid your EX. Do not submerge your nails in water or expose them to intense heat within 24 hours after having your nails done.
Tip 2: Oil them up! Use cuticle oil daily to keep your nails nourished, stimulate growth and prevent lifting.
Tip 3: We know they aren’t super cute but you should wear rubber gloves when washing up, cleaning, and gardening.
Tip 4: Your mom says to always wash your hands and so do we! Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after being in contact with chlorine, insect repellent, sunscreen, or any other chemicals.
Tip 5: NEVER pick or peel your nails pretty please! This WILL damage your natural nail bed. Avoid filing your nails and pushing your cuticles back as this will break the seal and lead to chipping. Leave it to the pros! It is essential to return to our salon for regular nail maintenance and removal. If you wait too long you are putting your nails at risk of breaking and cracking - no fun!
Our recommended maintenance is as follows:
Après - Soak off and apply a fresh set every 3-4 weeks.
Acrylic - Refill every 2-3 weeks and apply a new set every 2-3 months.
BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) - Refill every 3-4 weeks
Dip powder - Soak off and apply fresh dip every 3-4 weeks
Gel - Soak off and apply fresh gel every 2-3 weeks

What do I do now?
It’s all fun and games until someone breaks a nail! We guarantee our services for one week after your appointment. Give us a shout to schedule an appointment and we will take care of the rest!
Do you take tips by cash or card?
While our technicians prefer cash tips, we accept tips with gratitude via cash or card.
Easy peasy! We require a signed wax consent form for you to receive waxing services. For a great waxing experience always remember the following pre & post wax tips:
Pre-wax
1.) Come with clean and dry skin.
2.) Do not sunbathe or use the tanning bed 1-2 days prior to your waxing appointment.
3.) Do not wax if you are using retinol, accutane, AHAs or BHAs. Post-wax (for 24 hours):
4.) Stay out of the sun and tanning bed
5.) Avoid using products that are heavily fragranced
6.) Do not exfoliate the area that has been waxed
What are your waxing policies?
Please be on time! This isn’t a job interview (it’s a lot more fun than that!) but we run on a schedule so any lateness throws us off! We do offer a 15 minute grace period - bonus points if you call and let us know you are running late! Just so you know we may have to speed up your service to stay on schedule and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late there is a high chance you will be turned away depending on our discretion.

You are busy and so are we! If you can’t make your appointment :( please give us 24-hour notice so we can schedule that slot for someone else. If you no-show more than once you will be required to prepay in full to secure an appointment or you can try your luck as a walk-in!
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
For the safety of your child, the enjoyment of your appointment and due to our insurance policy we only allow one child per adult during your service. They also must be supervised for the duration of your appointment. To ensure the enjoyment of our other guests, children under 12 are not permitted to sit in the waiting room without you. Children over 12 can sit in the waiting room quietly and must use headphones if they are using any digital entertainment.
Can my child’s nails be done?
Of course! We all like to have twinkly toes and fresh digits - with a few rules!
We only use regular nail polish for children under 10 and we do not put acrylic nails on children under 13. We do allow dip powder or gel polish enhancements for children 10 years old and up.
We do this because children’s nail beds are not fully developed and are not a good foundation for nail enhancements.
Not to mention, kids like to pick at their nail enhancements which causes damage to their nail beds. We just want to make sure your kids' nails stay happy and healthy!
What is your purpose statement?
We have created an environment of mutual respect. That means we don’t discriminate against race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, etc. with employment and selection of the businesses and guests we work with.
Because we are so passionate about this we have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is not respecting these policies, our technicians, or other clients in our salon.
We want to create a welcoming and safe space with love for all!
First of all YAY! Fill out the form here (link) to request your party date and time! Make sure you have ALL of your guest’s services and requests ready to go to add to the form. We will get back to you to confirm all your deets!
We do require a credit card to reserve your spot and any guests that don’t show up for their party appointment will be charged 50% of the service that is booked to the card on file. We also charge a 20% gratuity for all parties.
What do I have to do to book a party?
Is there anything I need to know about my gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and you cannot get cashback. You can add a tip for your hard-working tech if you have a balance!
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable with no exceptions. If you are dissatisfied with your service let us know prior to leaving the salon.
